シンボリック・アダプションは、動物の所有権を移転するものでも、特定の個体を指定するものでもありません。支援金がその動物のために直接使われることや、その動物を救うことを約束するものでもありません。
何が届きますか？
支払い確認後、名前入りのデジタル証明書、印刷用PDF、共有用画像、公開の検証リンクをお受け取りいただけます。
ギフトとして贈れますか？
受取人を選び、メッセージを添えて、利用可能な送付方法をお選びください。お子さまへのギフトは、大人の方が購入とメールアドレスを管理してください。
支援金額は自分で選べますか？
支援金額は10〜1,000米ドルから選べます。おすすめの金額は選択の目安であり、動物の金銭的な価値を示すものではありません。オーシャンガーディアンの支援金額は1,000米ドルです。
支払いに失敗したらどうなりますか？
未払いの注文には有効な証明書は発行されません。注文状況を確認し、新しい支払い手続きを開始できます。
返金は証明書にどのように影響しますか？
注文番号を添えてHappy Orbisにお問い合わせください。確認済みの返金は注文に記録され、証明書は無効になります。監査記録は保持されます。
